The Customer
Our customer is one of the world’s largest global information and insights companies, specializing in credit reporting, risk scoring, fraud detection, and identity verification. They support major sectors including finance, insurance, healthcare, and retail. The data center plays a central role in hosting, managing, and supporting over 100 critical technology products used across various business units, handling vast workloads. Facing rising infrastructure costs, a fragmented DevOps ecosystem, and increasing demand for secure and rapid deployments, the data bureau sought a strategic Harness- powered transformation. All products, applications, and infrastructure had to seamlessly integrate into a unified IT infrastructure platform while maintaining governance and accessibility, and required seamless integration.
The Challenges
- On-Prem Infrastructure Issues: Traditional deployments were time-intensive, resource-heavy, and lacked automation, resulting in high OpEx and slow innovation.

The solution provides capabilities similar to the combined functionalities of several tools such as Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, and Bitbucket.
