Whenever the telco faced issues with a hospitality vendor’s assets it was managing, the company staff had to get on multiple calls with the vendors to log, triage, and resolve the issue – resulting in lost productivity on mundane and routine tasks. The telco was using a Remedy-based ITSM solution, while the hospitality vendor had implemented a ServiceNow ITSM platform. The telco needed a unified, interconnected scalable solution with minimal customization.

INNOVATIVE NOC MODERNIZATION SOLUTIONS

Softility’s solution integrated the Remedy solution with the vendor’s ServiceNow ITSM platform through Synchronoss middleware. We integrated the incident modules through Scripted SOAP / REST APIs in ServiceNow to accommodate contractual obligations. We created custom-response formats that Synchronoss can decipher. We integrated ServiceNow and Madrid (Incident, Integrations, SOAP / REST APIs).
