UI Developers – Enterprise Applications & Prototyping

Required Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in front-end/UI development with a focus on enterprise-scale web applications.
• Proficiency in React (preferred), Angular, or Vue, along with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or NgRx.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency in working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for design-to-code translation.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Exposure to component libraries and design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra UI).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and propose user-friendly design and interaction patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities :

Front-End Development

• Build modern, scalable, and performant user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and pixel-perfect front-end implementations.
• Develop and maintain component libraries and reusable UI elements aligned with design systems.

Rapid Prototyping & Innovation

• Quickly create interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts to explore new features, workflows, and UI patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and users to validate ideas through experimentation.
• Contribute creative solutions to UI/UX challenges and continuously seek ways to improve user experience.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with backend engineers and architects to integrate front-end layers with APIs and services.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Identify and resolve UI performance issues and ensure consistent behavior across browsers and devices.
