Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration.
• Guide customer configuration/implementations of the ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM/ITSM Platform
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development platform including Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI pages, ACLs and etc.
• Strong hands-on experience in optimizing discovery, tailoring patterns and development.
• Service Catalog, Workflow and flow designer experience.
• Knowledge on Service Portal design.
• Code and develop customized patterns, probes and sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping
• Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping projects involving a variety of enterprise and open source application server, database, network and operating systems
• Strong knowledge in pulling the events from different sources and writing event rules and correlation rules.
• Good knowledge in orchestration modules.
• Good hands-on experience in using the Flow Designer and Integration hub
• ServiceNow Admin Certified, ServiceNow Implementation specialist in ITOM(Discovery/Service Mapping) is a must.
• Building integrations utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs.
