Responsibilities :

  • Screen resumes as per job descriptions.
  • Sourcing candidates from job portals, databases, social media, cold calling, etc.
  • Scheduling interviews and closing positions ASAP with less TAT
  • Pursuing with offered candidates till they join.
  • Regular Interaction/meetings with stakeholders to proactively discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offer updates and future requirements
  • Work in sync with the business needs of the company
  • Mandatory regular reports on hiring status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
  • Taking care of pre and post-interview communications
  • Communicating employer information and corporate benefits during the screening process.

Required Skills :

  • 3yrs to 8yrs experience in IT recruitment.
  • M.B.A. (HR) or Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Should be able to multi-task and prioritize the work accordingly
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
