Required Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interactive prototyping, and system thinking.
• Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes and production-ready design specifications.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
• Exceptional communication skills with a creative, engaging, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience designing for enterprise applications or data-heavy interfaces.
• Familiarity with design tokens, component-based design, and UI scalability.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Exposure to Agile workflows and tools like Jira or Confluence.

Responsibilities :

Prototype & Concept Development

• Design and build click-through prototypes to showcase user journeys, interactions, and UI behaviors using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Create “art of the possible” UI concepts to illustrate innovative features, workflows, or future- state product visions.
• Rapidly iterate design ideas and concepts based on stakeholder input, product goals, and technical constraints.

Design Systems & Developer Enablement

• Develop design templates, UI kits, and reusable components aligned with brand and usability standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design handoffs are smooth, specifications are clear, and designs are faithfully implemented.
• Establish and evolve a design framework that promotes consistency, scalability, and efficiency in UI execution.

User-Centered Visual Design

• Translate business and user needs into intuitive layouts, interaction models, and visual treatments for complex enterprise applications.
• Ensure that designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for user performance across devices and platforms.
• Apply strong typographic, color, and visual hierarchy principles to improve clarity and engagement.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, architects, and engineers to align design decisions with product strategy and technical feasibility.
• Present designs and concepts with clarity and confidence to internal stakeholders, making complex ideas visually understandable.
• Contribute to a culture of creativity, experimentation, and design excellence.

Position Summary :
